Use of Renault's online services

Voltidia reads data from the online services of Renault that you already have access to with your own account. Those services are not documented for third parties and may change, stop working or be restricted at any time and without notice. When that happens, some or all features of Voltidia may stop working until the app is updated, or for good.

Figures are estimates

Charge levels, ranges, costs, savings, forecasts and every figure marked ≈ are estimates. They depend on the data sent by the car, on weather forecasts and on the tariffs and settings you enter. They may be late, incomplete or wrong. Voltidia is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.

Not for safety-critical decisions

Do not rely on Voltidia for decisions where being wrong could put people at risk, such as whether you have enough range to reach a destination or a safe place. Always check the information shown by your car and plan with a margin.

Third-party data

Weather forecasts, charging station information and route data come from third parties and may be inaccurate or out of date. Check a station's availability and compatibility before you rely on it.
