Privacy policy
In short: we collect nothing. The app talks only to Renault's services, to weather services and to charging station databases. We have no server of ours.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Sofapps di Costantino Pistagna. You can reach us through the contact page or at info@sofapps.it.
Data processed and where it stays

Services the app contacts
- Renault, Gigya and Kamereon: authentication, vehicle data and, when you change them, your minimum and target charge levels.
- Open-Meteo: weather and solar irradiance forecasts for an approximate location.
- OpenChargeMap and OpenStreetMap: location and details of charging stations, and the map.
- OpenRouteService (optional): route elevation, for trip planning.
- Apple: in-app purchase and, if you turn it on, iCloud sync.
These services receive the minimum needed: an approximate coordinate for weather and charging stations, and your credentials only to Renault. Each service has its own privacy policy.
What we do not do
- No analytics, no tracking and no advertising profile.
- No server of ours: your data does not pass through us.
- No sale or transfer of data to third parties.
This website
This website is static. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads no fonts, scripts or images from third parties. The only things it remembers are your light or dark theme and the language you choose, stored in your browser on your device. Like any web server, the hosting provider may keep technical logs (for example the IP address of a request) for security and operation.
Deletion and retention
Deleting the app removes the data stored on your device. The session token is also removed when you sign out in the app. If you turned on sync, the data in iCloud can be removed from the system settings of your Apple Account.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you write to us, we receive your email address and your message, and we use them only to reply. You have the right to ask us about that data, to have it deleted, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
